Follow in the Footsteps Walk

This will be our first ever trial of a ‘Footsteps’ walk, in which we re-enact the stories of historic characters that used to walk to work from Luxulyan Church. Our path follows the old Saints Way to Treffry Viaduct and crosses to the east side tramway. The characters range from Milk Maids and Leat Lads of the 1300s to Astonishingly clever Engineers of mid 19th century. Our audience will include a guest from Maryland, USA, exploring her family history. There will be a few props and hats, and much encouragement to join in. So please send a text if interested to join us. And PS some of us some will also opt for Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms afterwards.
